Senior AI/ML Engineer

You build the models that read every email at Yura, judge what it means and turn it into a concrete task.

Our AI core decides what a message means and what should follow from it. That decision has to stay explainable — including the times it gets things wrong.

You work on models for classification, extraction and prioritisation, measure their quality against real customer data, and own the pipeline from experiment to production.

Design and train NLP models for classification, entity recognition and prioritisation

Build training and evaluation pipelines that are reproducible

Measure model quality on real customer data and catch regressions early

Keep latency and cost per request in check — inference sits in the user path

Document the decision logic so support and product can explain it

At least 5 years of machine learning experience in production systems

Strong command of Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow

Solid NLP background: transformer architectures, fine-tuning, evaluation

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
