Why tasks get lost inside messages
Many tasks arrive as a sentence in a message: “Please send me that by Friday”, “Can we move the meeting?”, “The quote is still missing”. Anyone who copies this into a list by hand in the evening copies only what they remember, and that is rarely everything.
The Task Magnet starts exactly there. Yura reads incoming messages, spots the request, the commitment or the deadline in them and creates a task right away as soon as the message arrives.
The source matters: every task is linked to the message it came from. Anyone who asks a week later why a task is on the list sees the original sentence with one click.
Yura reads deadlines from the text of the message. “By Friday” becomes a date, “early next week” becomes a range, and “whenever it suits” deliberately stays without one. What Yura cannot detect with confidence stays without a date.
New deadlines are checked against the calendar. If a commitment falls on an afternoon that is already booked, the note sits on the task before it becomes a problem. That turns the list into a plan.
Creating is automatic, deciding is yours. Yura completes nothing, moves nothing and deletes nothing on its own; the list is a proposal you work through at your own pace.
