Workflow Automation – Build Flows Without Code

Connect your tools and automate workflows without programming: triggers, AI steps and 51 integrations via drag-and-drop.

Do I need programming knowledge?

No. You drag steps onto the canvas and describe in plain language what should happen. There is no formula language and no scripting.

What happens if a step fails?

The flow stops at that point and you are notified. The log shows exactly which step was affected and why.

Can I test a workflow first?

Yes. Every flow can be run once without publishing it, so you see the result before it runs permanently.

Does everything run fully automatically?

Only if you want it to. You can require approval for individual steps — the flow then waits for your confirmation.

Which tools can I connect?

Currently more than 50 services, including WhatsApp Business, Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Trello, HubSpot and Slack. Via SMTP/IMAP you can additionally connect any email account.

Where is the data processed?

Processing takes place on servers in Germany. Which data a workflow uses is determined by the steps you add.

How long does setup take?

A simple flow with a trigger, one AI step and one action is ready in a few minutes. More complex workflows with several conditions take longer — but still without a single line of code.

Can I change a workflow later?

Yes. Every flow can be adjusted, paused or reactivated at any time. Changes take effect from the next run.

What happens with sensitive steps?

You can require manual approval for individual steps. The flow then pauses and waits until you confirm it — so control stays with you.

without writing code

Connect your tools, describe in one sentence what should happen — and YURA does the rest. From an incoming message to a finished calendar entry.

Six building blocks,

Everything a YURA workflow is made of — from the trigger to the controls.

Triggers & schedules

A workflow starts when something happens: a new message, an incoming email, a form submission — or simply every Monday at 8:30.

Every flow starts with a clear trigger.

Instead of rigid rules you describe in plain language what YURA should do. The AI reads the content, understands the context and decides what happens next.

One sentence is enough — YURA handles the rest.

Connect integrations

WhatsApp, Outlook, Google Calendar, Trello, HubSpot and many more services can be dragged straight into the flow.

50+ services, right from the library.

Conditions & branches

Not every case is the same. Define which path is taken — by sender, amount, urgency or your own criteria.

One flow, many possible paths.

You decide what runs automatically and what waits for your confirmation. Critical steps stay in your hands.

Automatic does not mean uncontrolled.

Every run is logged. You see what happened and when, and you are notified if a step fails.

Traceable, step by step.

How a workflow comes together

Decide what starts the flow — a message, an email or a fixed point in time.

Drag your tools from the library onto the canvas and connect them.

Write in one sentence what YURA should do. No formulas, no scripts.

Run the flow once, check the result and switch it live.

Flows that save time immediately

Typical workflows you can set up in a few minutes — all built from your connected tools.

Appointment from WhatsApp

A customer writes a preferred time. YURA detects date and time, books the appointment and confirms automatically.

WhatsApp → AI → Calendar

Follow up on a quote

If a quote is unanswered after five days, YURA follows up politely and creates a reminder in the CRM.

CRM → Schedule → Email

After every meeting minutes are created, tasks are distributed and added to your project tool.

Incoming invoices are detected, named correctly and filed in the right folder — including a payment reminder.

Form submissions are scored, serious prospects go straight to sales and everyone else receives a reply.

Every Monday morning YURA summarizes open tasks, appointments and pending replies into one overview.

Schedule → AI → Chat

Incoming emails are recognized by topic, given the right label and assigned to the right person. Urgent messages are highlighted.

After a booking or form submission YURA automatically sends a confirmation and, if needed, creates the matching calendar entry.

Form → Calendar → Email
