Voice Control – AI You Can Talk To & Command
Control Yura entirely by voice: an AI you can talk to. Multi-action commands, hands-free workflow management and natural language processing built right in.
Voice input is usually sold as a speed question: three times faster than typing. That is true, but it is not the actual point. The point is that a desk no longer has to stand between the thought and the note.
The hands-free hub takes the spoken sentence and turns it into what was meant: a mail with a greeting and a sign-off, a task with a date, a meeting with a time. Not a text file with the wording, but the finished object in the right program.
What matters is what happens next — namely nothing. A dictation becomes a draft, not a send. Someone speaking on the move can mishear, stumble or change their mind; that is why every draft waits for approval.
The path also works backwards: the inbox can be summarised and read aloud. In a workshop, in the car, between two meetings, listening is the only form of reading that is practically possible.
Recognition runs in the browser, with no extra software and no special microphone. Recordings are processed to carry out the request and not kept afterwards; they never feed model training either.
For jobs where the hands are busy this is not a comfort feature but the difference between "note it later" and "noted". Later usually means forgotten.
Together with the task magnet and the to-do creator this becomes a chain that works without a keyboard.
How does voice input work in the hands-free hub?
You speak your command or dictate the mail straight into the microphone. Yura reads the context and prepares the matching action.
Are my voice recordings stored?
No. Audio is processed for real-time transcription only and is not kept as a permanent sound file.
Does voice control work on the move?
Yes. The module is built for mobile use and works on phones and tablets outside the office.
Do I need a special microphone?
No. Recognition runs in the browser with the microphone your device already has. A headset improves quality but is not required.
Is a dictated mail sent right away?
No. A dictation becomes a draft. It is sent once you approve it — the same applies to replies to incoming messages.
Does it work with an accent?
Standard speech with a regional colouring is recognised reliably. With a strong accent it helps to pronounce names and numbers clearly.
Can the inbox be read out to me?
Yes. Yura summarises the incoming messages and reads the summary aloud — useful when your hands are busy.
Are my recordings stored?
The recording is processed to carry out the request and not kept afterwards. It never feeds model training either.
