Strategic send reads your mailbox and calendar and works out when a message should arrive. Connect once through the official interfaces.

Strategic send
Only what you approve is scheduled. A draft stays a draft until the time is confirmed and can be changed until delivery.

Why the timing belongs to the message
A good message at the wrong time is an overlooked message. Friday at 17:40 a quote lands in the weekend, Tuesday at 22:00 it lands in the night. The content is the same both times and the outcome is not.
Strategic send separates two things that usually collapse into one: when something is written and when it arrives. Writing happens when you have time. Delivery happens when the recipient is likely to read.
The proposal does not come from a general rule but from your own correspondence: when this person replied before, which days brought fast answers and which brought none. Many small observations become a delivery window.
