Every task gets a ranking
For every task, Yura checks how close the deadline is, how important it is, whether other tasks depend on it and how you have handled similar tasks so far. This results in a score that you can view at any time.

Why prioritising in the morning fails
In the morning, calendar, inbox and task list are all waiting at once. Going through everything one by one costs a lot of time spent sorting, and people often start with whatever came in last. The Smart Strategist takes this sorting off your hands.
In the morning it reads calendar, task list and open commitments together and builds a sequence from them: what is due today, what depends on something else and what fits into the free time between appointments.
The rating follows fixed criteria. A deadline is a date, a dependency is a link, a free block is a gap in the calendar. From these three pieces of information Yura calculates the order.
Yura does not move appointments, cancel anything or promise anything. You get a suggestion and decide yourself.
Tasks without a deadline stay in the list and only move down. That way, important work without a fixed date is not lost.
The plan is created once in the morning and then stays stable so you can work with focus.
