The draft is written once. Yura translates it into the format of each channel — X limits the length, LinkedIn has a different audience reading, on Instagram the image carries the post. The statement stays the same; the packaging changes.

After publishing comes the part that costs the most time: reactions. Comments under a post, a mention on X, a direct message in Messenger. Those three normally live in three apps. In the shared inbox they sit side by side, sorted by urgency, with a draft reply already next to them.

Approval is not a setting, it is the base rule. Yura writes drafts and suggests replies; publishing happens after a click from you. For accounts carrying a brand, that is the difference between help and risk.

How much is available depends on the tier you hold with each provider. Publishing, scheduling and deleting your own posts works on the free X tier; reading mentions and direct messages, or pulling analytics, requires a paid tier there. Yura shows in the interface which feature your access currently covers.

Connections run through the official provider interfaces. You sign in once inside the provider account and grant Yura exactly the rights you want to grant. Yura never sees your password, and access can be withdrawn again at any time in that same account.

If your email and your tasks already live in Yura, this brings the same routine to the public channels: read, suggest, approve, send.

Which channels can be connected?

Instagram, Facebook and Messenger, X, YouTube and LinkedIn. Each connection runs through that provider's official interface. WhatsApp Business is connected as its own module.

Does Yura publish posts on its own?

No. Yura writes drafts and schedules them, but every post waits for your approval. The same applies to replies to comments and mentions.

Does Yura need my Instagram or X password?

No. The connection runs on OAuth: you sign in inside the provider account and grant Yura a token with exactly the rights you approve. Yura never sees the password.

Can I manage several accounts per channel?

Yes. Brand, sub-brand and personal profile can be connected, scheduled and approved separately.

Why do I see no mentions on X?

X unlocks reading mentions, direct messages and analytics on paid tiers only. Publishing, scheduling and deleting posts works on the free tier as well. Yura shows in the interface what your access currently allows.

Where does the send-time suggestion come from?

From your own numbers: Yura looks at when your audience reacted to posts over the past weeks. It is a suggestion, never an automatically fixed slot.

Are my posts used to train AI models?

No. Your content is processed for the features you switched on, and it never feeds model training.

How long does setup take?

A channel is connected in a few minutes: pick the provider, sign in to the account, confirm the rights. After that the channel appears in the hub and is ready to use.
