About the role
Our product makes decisions on the user’s behalf. Design determines whether those decisions feel understandable or unsettling.
You work closely with engineering and follow your designs through to the shipped interface.
What you will do
- Design user flows for setting up, controlling and correcting automations
- Build prototypes and test them with real users
- Maintain and extend the existing design system
- Design the states that are rarely seen: errors, empty states, waiting
- Follow designs through to implementation
What you bring
- At least 3 years of product design experience for software
- A portfolio showing work on complex, data-heavy interfaces
- Confident with Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience running user tests and acting on the results
- Fluent written and spoken English or German
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience in a B2B context
What we offer
- Design as its own voice, not a downstream step
- Direct contact with users
- Remote-first with optional team weeks
- Learning budget for conferences and courses
